Clarissa’s journey to internationally renowned supermodel, entrepreneur, television/video producer, public speaker, author, writer, award-winning actress and emcee has all the makings of a best selling novel. At 18, Clarissa was a top model with the Wilhelmina Modeling Agency in Manhattan. Soon after she moved to Milan and quickly began appearing on over a hundred magazine covers such as Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, and Cosmopolitan as well as on most of the major runway shows in Milan, Rome, Paris, New York, and Japan. This led to work for cosmetic houses Revlon, Dior, and Carita’, Helena Rubenstein and her selection as the worldwide “Face” for Orlane Cosmetics. Clarissa has performed in over 20 movies and can be remembered in award winning films such as Warner Brother’s “The Never Ending Story, part II,” where she played the Mean Queen “Xayide” and as Giulia in the Italian production “Caruso Pascosky di Padre Polacco”.
This Who’s Who of International and American Women added television producer to her credits in 1999. Clarissa is a Beauty Editor for such international publications as The LA Fashion Magazine, Fashion Faces, Runway and Woman and Bride. You can find her articles also in The Huffington Post, Supermodels Unlimited, Bella Petite, Discover Phoenix, and Today’s Innovative Woman to name a few. In 2012-13, Ms. Burt also co-authored the best sellers The Rise, Off the Coast of Zanzibar and Stickability and was featured in the book Women without Barriers. Sharon Lechter highlighted Clarissa in her 2014 release Think and Grow Rich for Women.
As a women’s advocate, Clarissa’s mission is and always will be the betterment of young girls and women. Founder and CEO of Clarissa International Motivational Media for Women and T.E.N. The Envelopment Network, Ms. Burt’s ‘Look Good, Feel Good, Be Good and Do Good’ philosophy promotes healthy self esteem aiding women and girls to live their greater good. Ken Rochon is an author, speaker, serial entrepreneur and lover of life. Tom Coyle and Adventures in Leadership
Tom Coyle is a 1997 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, the most prestigious military academy in the world. He is co-founder of Adventures in Leadership and the author of the book, “Leadership Lessons from the Battle of Gettysburg”. He has written many articles on leadership and appeared on video blogs about leadership. He currently instructs leadership lessons for both high school students and working professionals. Clients have included Keller Williams and EcoGreen Energy. Tom’s leadership programs focus on doing rather than lecturing in the classroom. He gets students and clients out of their comfort zone and working together through hands-on experiential leadership exercises. As a former Army officer and Department of State political officer he has led people in some of the most remote locations of the world, to include Afghanistan and Bosnia. Tom served in the United States Army from 1997 to 2004, achieving the rank of Captain. As an Army officer, he led soldiers of various backgrounds and successfully molded them into teams. Tom also served as a Foreign Service Officer for the U.S. Department of State. His overseas assignments included Bosnia and Afghanistan. His awards and decorations include the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, three Army Commendation Medals, and three Army Achievement Medals. After a successful career in public service, Tom turned his passion into Adventures in Leadership. His goal is to pass his lessons on to future generations of leaders.

Michaela is also passionate about helping those less fortunate and has done several fire-walks for different causes, including Dementia. She is currently working on a project for young adults and under-privileged children to bring the benefits of outdoor activities and some powerful workshops to help instill more confidence and show the importance of hard work, team work, goal-setting and following their dreams.
